1. It is pure and simple
act of will backed by Divine Will of a
person who is committed to the progress
of the aspirant for progress in the spiritual
path.
2. It is an act of will on the part of
the person transmitting Divine thought.
3. It does not require words or touch
or any other such physical aids.
4. It is no mystic or mysterious force.
5. It assists the aspirant to develop
the capacity for balanced existence while
simultaneously assisting him / her in
the spiritual progress.
6. It enables the aspirant atleast to
move towards the upper plane (U), namely
thinking about something more of human,
which we may call higher values.
7. Discriminative intelligence is improved
by the regular influx of the Divine impulse
imparted during Pranahuti. The awareness
of the Power behind all existence shared
in ones being is fully realised
8. It enables the aspirant develop an
attitude of humility in thought, word
and deed. It enables the aspirant understand
that Master is the knower, doer and enjoyer.
9. The capacity to impart Pranahuti is
obtained only when a person is beyond
the realms of his limited self and is
established in the higher plane of consciousness.
10. It is possible only where the trainer
has no selfish motives or seek any gratification.
It is the help from a fellow being - a
brother or sister.

Commandments
1. Rise before dawn. Offer
your prayer and puja(Worship) at a fixed
hour preferably before sunrise, sitting
in one and the same pose. Have a separate
place and 'asan'(seat) for worship. Purity
of mind and body be specially adhered to.
2. Begin your puja with a prayer for spiritual
elevation with a heart full of love and
devotion.
3. Fix up your goal which should be 'Complete
Oneness' with God. Rest not till the ideal
is achieved.
4. Be plain and simple to be identical with
Nature.
5. Be truthful. Take miseries as Divine
Blessings for your own good and be thankful.
6. Know all people as thy brethren and treat
them as such.
7. Be not revengeful for the wrongs done
by others. Take them with gratitude as heavenly
gifts.
8. Be happy to eat in constant Divine thought
whatever you get, with due regard to honest
and pious earnings.
9. Mould your living so as to rouse a feeling
of love and piety in others.
10. At bed time, feeling the presence of
God, repent for the wrongs committed. Beg
forgiveness in a supplicant mood, resolving
not to allow repetition of the same.
